70s DISCO Party TOP 20 Songs & Fashion Tips

When I was writing about hand jive, suddenly I had the urge to pull out all the TOP 20 DISCO PARTY songs from the 70s.Yes, let’s take a stroll back to the 70’s, where everything was groovy and vivid back then. Since I’ve to wait for the 20 songs to complete uploading, here are some tips on the 70s Disco Fashion, if I can remember it well. I remember those days where we have to dress-up or we won’t be able to enter into any Disco clubs. For the ladies and probably some guys too, the hot pants look and spandex tops were cool back then. To capture the lights from the disco balls, a gold lame, leopard skin and stretch halter jumpsuits and white clothes that glowed in ultra violet lights are a must. For the actual guys, stain jackets that reflected the light and a medallion resting on a tanned chest (hairs on the chest were accepted those days, it makes the guys look macho) in an open neck shirt with the collar turned up were de rigueur. If you don’t get it, just watch “Saturday Night Fever” and see the way John dresses. Oh yes, I almost forgot to mention the most important thing. You got to get a platform soled shoe because without them you won’t have the elevation of space age fantasy when your satin flared trousers shimmer as they swayed to the music beat. Actually, it’s so simple; just wear clothes which are unacceptable during the day. So put on your groovy clothes now, get your soled shoes on, deem the lights and switch on the disco lights (if you don’t have one, just get a torch light or a christmas twinkling lights will do) and boogie down to my TOP 20 DISCO numbers. Also don’t forget to watch John’s butt.
